Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, send your statement to contact@ovoihome.com.

Exclusion

The right of withdrawal does not apply to furniture made to individual order — produced to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised. This covers models with a non-standard choice of fabric, colour or dimensions.

Complaints

Submit complaints to contact@ovoihome.com with your order number, a description of the fault and photographs. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.
