14-day right of withdrawal

A consumer, and a Polish sole trader entitled to equivalent protection, may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the Goods. Send a statement to contact@ovoihome.com or Furnisell.pl Anna Sandak, Rychłowice 8a, 98-300 Wieluń, Poland.

No form is mandatory. The statement only needs to identify the order and clearly communicate withdrawal.

Personalised Goods exclusion

The right does not apply only to genuinely non-prefabricated Goods made to the Customer's specification or clearly personalised needs. Selecting a standard option offered in the Store is not automatically personalisation. Where an exclusion applies, it will be disclosed before ordering.

Returning Goods and costs

Goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the statement. Please contact us before dispatch to arrange safe transport. Correspondence and return address: Furnisell.pl Anna Sandak, Rychłowice 8a, 98-300 Wieluń, Poland.

The Customer bears the direct return cost. Where furniture cannot normally be returned by post, indicative Seller-arranged collection costs in Poland are: armchair PLN 150, sofa PLN 300, corner sofa PLN 350 and lounge set PLN 400. The final cost depends on route, size and carrier and is quoted for approval before collection. International returns are quoted individually. Customers may select their own carrier.

Refund

Payments due are refunded within 14 days after the statement, using the original method unless another no-cost method is accepted. We may withhold the refund until the Goods or proof of dispatch is received. The Customer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the Goods.

Complaints about conformity may be sent to contact@ovoihome.com or Rychłowice 8a, 98-300 Wieluń, Poland. Please include the order number and a description; photographs are helpful but optional. We respond within 14 days.
