Payment methods

All currently active payment methods and their providers are shown at checkout before an order is placed. Customers choose from the methods available for the country, currency and order value.

Authorisation and security

Electronic payment may require additional authorisation under the bank or provider's rules. OVOI HOME does not store full payment card details.

Order fulfilment

Where advance payment is required, fulfilment begins after payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is interrupted, try again or select another active checkout method.

Currency and sales documents

Currency depends on the selected market or delivery country. The final amount and applicable taxes are displayed before ordering. Sales documents are provided electronically.
