Free standard delivery

Standard delivery to Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria is free, regardless of order value.

Lead time

Unless a product page states otherwise, the standard lead time is 10–15 working days from order confirmation or cleared advance payment. The current estimate is displayed before ordering.

Service scope

Delivery covers transport to the stated address and the first door of the building. It does not include carrying inside, assembly or packaging removal. Please arrange someone to receive and carry the furniture.

Preparing for delivery

Before ordering, check the product dimensions and access through doors, corridors, stairwells and lifts. On receipt, inspect the packaging and record visible damage with photographs and a carrier report; failure to obtain a report does not remove statutory consumer rights.
